Lessons & JO1 Practice Schedule

As a reminder, our new coach Bryan Giloolly will be joining our team on Monday.  Please make sure to stop by and say hello and welcome him to our team.  He is thrilled to be joining our program.  With the addition of Bryan and Coach K, I am happy to say that we have a full coaching staff again!  Therefore we will be able to once again offer more practice times for our lessons and JO 1 divers.  Beginning next week, the following classes are available:

The JO 1 group will practice Monday, Wednesday, Friday however if this schedule does not work or a JO 1 diver has a make up class they may practice with the lesson group on Tuesday or Thursday from 5:30-6:30.
For all make up classes or any communications for the pre-team, lessons, and JO 1 group, please contact Coach K at coachk@ycfdiving.com.  Please continue to contact me for any communications regarding JO 2-4 groups as we allow Bryan time to get acclumated to the team.  Thank you all again for your patient as we searched for a new coaching staff.  This is a very exciting time for our team with the addition of two fanastic coaches.  I look forward to seeing what our team will accomplish in the future!
Also, A Big Thank you to both Wally and Joey for their help in coaching our kids during this process. They were amazing!

New Practice Times – This Week Only

Due to sheer numbers and size of the NCSA Junior Nationals meet being held at the Aquatic Center this week, we will have to alter our practice schedule. Unfortunately Tuesday we are only able to offer 1 practice time for all lesson and JO1 which will be from 6:30-7:30. This class will be coach by joey Dowd and myself therefore we will have 2 coaches on deck so, that we can split the groups and maximize our time. Unfortunately we will have to cancel all lesson-JO2 classes for Wednesday- Friday. We will have make up classes for all of these groups so, please get with me or coach K for your make ups. Let us know which days and times work for you for your make ups and will try our best to accommodate. Here’s our schedule for the week:

Groups  Tuesday  Wednesday Thursday  Friday
Lessons 6:30-7:30 No Practice  No Practice  No Practice
JO1 6:30-7:30 No Practice  No Practice  No Practice
JO2 6:30-8pm No Practice  No Practice  No Practice
JO3 8-9:30 9-10:30 9-10:30 9-10:30
JO4 8-9:30 9-10:30 9-10:30 9-10:30
JO5 8-9:30 9-10:30 9-10:30 9-10:30
* Please make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to start practice.

Keep in mind that the facility will be very busy, so parking will be challenging.  Please give yourself some spare time to find a parking spot. I realize that these practice times are very late and passed some of your bed times. Therefore these practice times are available to those of you who can make it. I apologize for the short notice and inconvenience.
Also, Orange County schools will be on Spring Break the week of March 26.  During this week, I will be offering a morning workout from 9-11am for JO 3- 5 groups in order to get some extra practice in before we head to East Nationals and Y Nationals.

Thank you all for your patience and support!

YCF Diving Welcomes Coach Bryan Gillooly

YCF Diving is excited to announce that Bryan Gillooly will be joining the coaching staff.  Bryan, a several time US National Champion and NCAA Champion, will be replacing coach Courtney McClow who is leaving the team to relocate back to Jacksonville.
